John was an absolute ease to work with; with a last minute and sudden matter my family and I faced. He remained confident, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process that he made extremely quick for us. I never felt like he was leading me into a situation I was not fully aware of with next steps involved. I am blown away how quick, thorough, and professional he was and is.
