Lisa is a true bodyworker! Since I have stared seeing her I move more freely and my chronic back pain is just about gone. I have had this pain for 10 years and the doctors only medication. Lisa is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her if you want real relief. Thank you Lisa!

I can't say enough good things about Lisa!!! My experience with massages was limited to chain massages, with a different masseuse every time. Not that I'm complaining about those, but Lisa puts them in perspective because she takes it to another level of... what's the word... healing? She has an amazing sense for where I hold tension. I thought massage was all about getting the knots out in my back/shoulders, but like I said, Lisa does so much more. She's also amazingly understanding (I had to cancel with 2 hours notice due to getting stung by 4 yellow jackets and she didn't charge me because she understands that life happens). When a client comes in for an appointment, I talk to them about their history, goals, etc to determine what they are hoping to accomplish. The session can be done in a more traditional massage format with the client under a sheet. This can be helpful for people needing a relaxation component. Otherwise, clients stay dressed in work out/ comfortable attire that allows them to stand up, walk around, and feel the changes during the session. Depending on the client, we may talk about their issue, possible contributing factors, possible solutions or ideas for improvement. In general, clients leave feeling better with some ideas of how to move forward.
