Went in to get a cracked screen replaced. Paid 100$ up front for him to order screen and was supposed to pay 49$ once completed. Was told 1hr. Did some shopping and went back a little after an hour. He wasn't in the shop, had to wait around for 15 minutes. He comes and hands me my phone and right away I can see touch screen isn't working. He says "give me 10 minutes". 10 minutes turns into 45 and he says he has to send it out to a tech. Originally gave me a price of 25$ until I told him I refused since the screen worked when I came in. He gives me a loaner phone with a battery that takes forever to charge and dies within an hour.
