The barn and staff are wonderful. Even though I was a senior and a beginner, I was encouraged to push for excellence right from the start. I was enthusiastically guided to participate in every aspect of the equine experience, from tacking, horse welfare, and of course riding. I competed in hunter paces two months after arriving, and our team was the championship team my first season.Safety is the primary concern of the entire program. Horse and rider are well matched to provide safety while striving for excellence.I have purchased 2 horses from Jamal and both have been perfect companions for my circumstance. I now have my retirement plans all mapped out.

This year campers from Clara Barton Camp and Camp Joslin participated in lessons at Boston Equestrian. The response has been amazing. Campers are being taught every aspect of horseback including connecting with the horse, caring for the horse and lots of riding under the guidance of staff. Kate and Jamal, along with their staff, are kind, caring and truly go above and beyond. We already have families asking about next year!

Boston Equestrian Center is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with horses on weekends, away from the city. They have indoor arena and hours are flexible, and their horses seems happy there. If you are serious about the sports, I would recommend to check out this place, the owner is a very skilled instructor.
