We had our chimney cleaned by another company a year ago, hoping it would get rid of our smoke problem but after a 20 minute cleaning (and trying to sell us on installing things we didn’t need) and out the door it did nothing. Randy and Andy came in, and within 2 minutes identified the problem - a clogged critter screen in the flue! They pulled it out, cleaned the chimney, fixed the loose chimney cap, and we’re back in business! Can’t say enough about their work - no mess, very professional, and happy to help. Highly recommend!
