I took my elderly parents to see Dr. Fitzgerald this week. Everything went so well...from parking, checking in, exam, checking out.....every single person we talked to in the office was personable & very friendly! And excellent experience!
Went to GGU to have a biopsy performed by Dr Fitzgerald. Prior to the procedure I had a consultation with Dr. Fitzgerald at which time I was thoroughly briefed on what to expect. The staff provided me with instructions for both pre and post biopsy which were clear and concise. The biopsy went smoothly and without a hitch. I would like to thank everyone from Dr Fitzgerald, his assistant Edie( forgive me if I got the name wrong) and the women in the office. GBU is a class A organization run with Inegrity,compassion and professionalism.
