These guys are great! I was struggling with dealing with my insurance company for some glass replacement, and the staff here kindly called the insurance company and helped me get things worked out pretty quickly. They also squeezed me into their schedule, despite me being a bit late and then the time wasted dealing with insurance.I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for any glass needs in the future, auto or otherwise.

Needed glass window replaced for a tenant. Spoke to Tim on a couple of occasions. He was very detailed; certainly knows the business well, and answered all my questions. The day the window was delivered for repair, he called me and sent a quote. As I was in a conference that day, I was not readily available. He was patient awaiting my payment.
