“After having not so great experiences two years in a row for my annual at the Westford location, I decided to try a new provider in the Chelmsford office. NP Augusta was thorough, doesn’t rush you out the door, and is very patient and understanding. I dread annuals and anything medical related for that matter. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. Happy to have found someone again that makes the process a little bit easier. Nurse who takes vitals was also very nice and outgoing. For my first experience, I am surprised at all the negative reviews here, so I figured I would leave my positive experience for others who are hesitant.“

“I had my first appointment with Lamprey this morning. I was very impressed with the staff, as everyone was not only very pleasant, they seemed actually happy. Every single person I interacted with today was happy and helpful, everyone had smiles. Even the construction workers were friendly and happy, one pointing me in the right direction to check in when I came in. I have some experience as an owner in healthcare, and this is the kind of patient-staff interaction that most businesses wish they had.

My appointment was establishing a new PCP, and both the MAs and the APRN were thorough and knowledgable. All test results were explained, and explained well, all of my questions answered, and a follow up was not only recommended, but set up so that I would receive a reminder.
