Lowell General Hospital Patient Service Center – Chelmsford

I went for lab work this morning for the first time since LabCorp took over. They got rid of the front office staff, and check-in is by tablet. Immediately upon entering, I felt that it was left as an impersonal husk of its former self.

Whenever I've had to use this facility it's always been professional, courteous, efficient and quick!! MUCH easier than the hospital for lab tests and the like. Highly recommend!

This location is Lowell General's off site, out patient surgery center. I recently had a hernia operation that was done here. I was impressed by the staff and the facility! The nurses were pleasant, answered my questions, and were decent communicators. The facilities were well cared for. The front office staff were good, too. If I needed an outpatient procedure in the future, I would not think twice about returning to this facility.
