There is only one company that we will ever allow to handle our HVAC system needs and that is Ayotte Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. During a week long heat wave (July (2022), our central A/C unit stopped running. Temperatures in the house reached 85-90 degrees, and we needed immediate service. After calling multiple companies (including one that we were actually a customer of), ONLY Ayotte's was the one who answered our phone call (I am sure they have many individuals answering calls there, but if you are like me and lucky enough to talk with Michelle, you will know from the start that everything will be ok), and scheduled us for immediate service. Our heat stopped working the night before a major winter storm! We called several companies but Ayotte was the only one to return our call. They were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone so they would know what to expect when they arrived. Our heat was fixed within a few hours! I would recommend this company for anyone experiencing a late night problem. Thank you for keeping our family warm before the Blizzard of 2022!!
