I've been bringing my pets here for years, always a pleasure to visit even when putting my pet to rest. These people care about you as well as best care for healthy pets, making last moments as soothing, as possible Calling with any crazy stunt my cat hurt herself with, they are always there for me , even by text. Including scraping tartar off my cats teeth for healthy gums. Best care!
I have been coming here for at least 10 years. Dr Q. & his staff are TOP TIER EXCELLENT!!! I have had so many different animals come and go through his doors. If I need him for one of my pets-he always always always takes care of them immediately. I can't emphasize enough how much I love the people at this practice, it truly makes me tear up. It's really upsetting to see the people who wrote the unsatisfactory reviews because I have NEVER met a rude employee or doctor. I have NEVER waited in waiting room for more than 5 minutes. I have NEVER been put on a telephone hold for more than 1 minute. I have NEVER be unhappy with what they charged me. I have NEVER been unhappy… read full review
The staff were very friendly and one in particular was so sweet and understanding and even called a couple days later to check in on my dog! They offer pretty much all the services you would find at an emergency vet, but did end up sending me to the emergency vet after i said i wanted a second opinion. The staff seemed proffesional and knowledgeable.
