Joes does a fantastic job at a really reasonable price. I was so frustrated with the issues I was having with a new laptop that I was considering returning it to the manufacturer. Joes very quickly addressed my issues and I am a happy laptop user again. They are awesome!
I was having power issues with my gaming computer, i replace the power supply and motherboard myself hoping that would fix it but i was still having issues. Brought it here and within 20 mins he found the issue and had it resolved for me. Great experience, they really seem like they have a passion for this stuff and want to help people. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to my friends!
I had a great experience at Joe's when I brought my computer in for a hardware issue related to the power strip. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to clearly explain what the possible issues were and walked me through my best options for getting it fixed.
