When our 24 year old boiler broke in the middle of winter, we took a chance on Briggs, based on their excellent reviews, and we're so glad we did. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. The quote process with Chris and Tony was transparent. Briggs ensured we had space heaters for the night, until they could come back the very next morning. Tony, Rick, and team were professional and efficient during the installation process. Chris’s communication was great and they were very willing to work with me during the design stage of our new gas furnace install to accommodate my plans for future renovations. The whole team was great. They showed up on time and were respectful of my home at all times. They were even able to start a day or two earlier than expected, which was nice since it was December and we no heat in the house we had just purchased. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Briggs Mechanical again in the future.
