When our 24 year old boiler broke in the middle of winter, we took a chance on Briggs, based on their excellent reviews, and we're so glad we did. Chris’s communication was great and they were very willing to work with me during the design stage of our new gas furnace install to accommodate my plans for future renovations. They were even able to start a day or two earlier than expected, which was nice since it was December and we no heat in the house we had just purchased.
