Violet is a ragdoll who desperately needed to be shaved because her previous groomer closed his business. After taking her to the vet yesterday and listening to her scream all the way there and back, the idea of stuffing her in a carrier again to travel to a groomer just seemed cruel! I called AJ and he was able to squeeze her in this morning! He pulled up to the house so all we had to do was bring her outside. AJ was extremely gentle with her and groomed her so quickly that she barely had time to complain! She looks like a different kitty! Was easy to schedule, did exactly what I asked and hope with my 2 dogs (bathe and brush), overall great experience! Also very convenient (was nice to have no bathroom to clean, towels to wash if I had done it myself).

Communication was great, they arrived on time, and were so efficient. The convenience of them coming to the house made it that much more worth it since I did not have to cause my dog any of the additional anxiety that a typical trip to the groomers inflicts. This was my first time using Aj’s for grooming but I will definitely be booking with them again!
