Violet is a ragdoll who desperately needed to be shaved because her previous groomer closed his business. After taking her to the vet yesterday and listening to her scream all the way there and back, the idea of stuffing her in a carrier again to travel to a groomer just seemed cruel! I called AJ and he was able to squeeze her in this morning! He pulled up to the house so all we had to do was bring her outside. AJ was extremely gentle with her and groomed her so quickly that she barely had time to complain! She looks like a different kitty! She was so miserable in this heat with all of that fur but she's so much happier now! The convenience of not having to put her in a carrier and ride with a miserable cat makes his work worth every single penny! I highly recommend AJ's Furry Friends to anyone who wants their pet groomed quickly, conveniently and professionally, but also by someone who truly loves animals and cares about their wellbeing.
Working with Maynor and the other groomers has been amazing - they are all kind, patient and flexible. My one pup is extremely anxious and reactive and they were all professional and caring to meet her needs. I highly recommend their services - you would be supporting some incredible people!

My dog struggles with anxiety, so I’m always nervous about grooming appointments, but they were so gentle, patient, and caring with her. When she came back, she was spotless, beautifully groomed, and—most importantly—she looked genuinely happy and relaxed. It was obvious they took the time to make her feel comfortable.
