Helpful and friendly. Haven't gotten the best haircuts in terms of appearance (according to people around me) and don't really give style advice of note when asked, but decent for what it is: a mass-market hair salon. Some stylists are much better (more skilled and friendly) than others, a few are great. Mixed bag, overall. You could find better places, but also worse. If go regularly, learn which stylists are good, and request them specifically...

I've paid a lot more at Paul Mitchell in NYC and other salons for a haircut. I honestly get plenty of compliments for the haircuts I get from this little shop around the corner from home and having previously worked for a state licensing authority, my inspectors told me that Supercuts chains were the cleanest shops anywhere as they had standardized hygiene practices. This was definitely seen during the worst of the pandemic - I could get cuts here confident that it was as safe as possible.
