Scheduled an appointment with Karen to help relieve tightness and stiffness from lower back pain after weightlifting. Definitely helped a tremendous amount, will certainly return as needed

Karen is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She has the versatility to do focused deep tissue work or an all over relaxing massage, and both are outstanding. She is definitely a key element to my wellbeing. :)
