About New England Allergy
New England Allergy provides compassionate and understanding care to patients dealing with complex health issues. Despite occasional delays in service, the team, led by Dr. Johnson, is dedicated to helping patients find answers and relief. They take the time to listen and work with patients to develop effective treatment plans, often running a wide range of tests to identify underlying causes of symptoms. With a focus on patient care and understanding, New England Allergy stands out from other healthcare providers, offering a refreshing change for those who have been met with frustration and dismissal elsewhere.
I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. The WORST run medical office I've ever been to! They need to fire the entire staff and start over. They can't do anything right, everything is horrible here.
My daughter had a great visit with Doctor Tiffany Johnson. Very thorough and asked a lot of questions. I picked this place because they are primary care and also allergy. My daughter seemed to really like her and so the trust begins. We didn’t wait long in the waiting room, 15 minutes….. but overall she spent a long time talking to my daughter and getting to know her and her health. So our appointment was at 1:30 and we finished just under 4 pm, including in between wait times and getting blood drawn at the lab afterwards and also a urine sample and scheduling a separate allergy appointment.
If I could give Dr. Thomas Johnson zero stars, I would. Since the start of COVID, he has opted to conduct appointments exclusively via Zoom, which significantly limits his ability to provide thorough, hands-on care. During these virtual visits, he has shown little interest in my husband’s well-being. Communication between the doctor and his patients is virtually nonexistent, and his team consistently demonstrates a lack of professionalism. It's extremely frustrating that long-term patients are still required to come in just to renew prescriptions they've been on for years. Patients deserve better support, responsiveness, and continuity of care.
