Dr. Riley is the BEST! I hurt my back in December and couldn’t even lift a PVC pipe or workout besides slowly walking on a treadmill. I was referred to Dr. Riley and I didn’t have any past experience with chiropractic care and she answered all of my questions and walked me through the care plan she made for me and explained exactly what she would be doing. She is SO smart and you can see how passionate she is about her work. Within a week I was back to working out and within ~1 month I started to lift as heavy as I was before my injury! Thank you Dr. Riley for helping me get healthy again and now continue to stay healthy! 10/10 recommend her to all family and friends!

I love going to In8Wellness! I recently was in a car accident and the response of the team and Dr. Ryan was incredibly quick! I had X-rays done the very next day and started treatment right away. I can say now that my recovery time was quicker because of the adjustments I had with Dr Ryan!

Don’t know what kind of state I would be in if not for the amazing care received here at IN8 . The staff is amazing here and everyone genuinely cares about your well being. I have been coming here for over a couple years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
