Well expert staff they’re very easy to deal with. They do their job with perfection and I do have no complaints. Overall I would definitely go back there again but my only concern the price is a little bit too expensive. Thank you

I absolutely love Ideal Image, North Andover! Christiania was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very relaxed while explaining any questions I had. I really appreciated her level of knowledge. Shelby at the front desk was very friendly and calm. The North Andover location really is a relaxing clean professional location.

Just got done my first session and I’m blown away by the customer service at Ideal. From the warm greeting by Michelle to having the laser done by Christiana. Christiana was very patient with me, she knows her stuff and was so courteous and kind. I’m very happy I made the decision to have laser hair removal done with Ideal Image.
