ConvenientMD Urgent Care in North Andover, Massachusetts, provides affordable and quality care for minor injuries and illnesses. With a focus on efficiency, the experienced team treats patients of all ages, offering on-site testing, lab services, and X-rays. This place is new and beautiful and has a bright, clean office. The front desk staff were wonderful and nurses are very nice, gentle, and attentive. Patients are seen promptly and quickly in a comfortable environment. The doctors are awesome, listen, offer options, and provide compassionate care. The facility is open for walk-ins, ensuring care is readily available. Overall, ConvenientMD is recognized for its exceptional service and dedication to patient care.
Overall experience was great. Little wait time and friendly staff. Provider really listened to my concerns and was thorough and wasn’t rushed at all. She gave me a diagnosis and treatment and gave me clear directions regarding next steps!
Best urgent care I’ve ever been to, I give everything a 10/10. Everybody was so helpful, attentive, and non dismissive (unlike the methuen AFC location— no shade!). Not just service, but the place is very neat, everything and everybody is organized, and it is a pleasant ambiance.
Making the appointment online was easy. Checking in at the clinic at one of the stations was easy as well. The waiting was not long at all. And all the staff (receptionist, nurse and physician) were very friendly
