North County Veterinary Hospital is a compassionate and caring establishment where the staff takes the time to explain medical issues and values their clients' voices. The team is incredibly kind and respectful, going above and beyond to help during difficult times. They are affordable, willing to assist in any way, and provide excellent care for pets, treating them like their own.
We have been taking our pets to North County Veterinary for over 15 years. Many appointments were for regular check ups, while some were more stressful and emotional. Dr. Cermak and Dr. Eiszler, as well as the staff, were always very warm, caring and compassionate. We appreciate the time they give to our animals as well as us.
My dog is a regular patient at North county and during a recent medical emergency, they were incredibly supportive. When I called to update them that my dog had been discharged from the emergency vet, they had already read up on her file and knew how she was doing. And when I called back with good news on her progress, I heard them immediately share the good news with their co-workers as I was hanging up ❤ I can tell my dog is really cared about here!
North County Veterinary Hospital has been an incredible part of our dog’s life for the past 14 years. From routine care to emergency situations, they were always compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive.
They didn’t just care for our dog, they cared for our family. Every visit felt warm and personal, and during the most difficult moments, they gave us the guidance and comfort we needed. We are forever grateful for their kindness and dedication.
