Heart's Pace Massage and Bodywork Massage

“We love coming to Heart's Pace so much. As a family, we used to get massages once every six months. But since meeting Beau, we've come to appreciate how healing body work can be, and come much more regularly. Beau and his team have such great energy and presence. They listen attentively, work magic, and share helpful stretches and tips for taking care of areas that carry a lot of stress. What a gem.“

“I’d been passively on the hunt for a welcoming, versatile yoga studio for 2 years. I discovered Anahata in Dec, purchased a studio starter pass in Jan, and have ended my hunt! If you’re looking for the perfect yoga studio, look no further!! It’s right here in the Berkshires at Anahata Schoolhouse. They offer a variety of classes at flexible times for reasonable rates, all led by knowledgeable& friendly teachers. Truly a gem!“

Embodywork Massage

“Emily was extremely talented at getting to the root of several problems I have had. I was having nerve issues in several areas (shoulder and lower back, down the leg and into the foot) and saw close to a dozen doctors and other practitioners and no one could help: rheumtogists, multiple sports doctors, pain management, a neurologist, a chiropractor, and other massage people, who had helped me out tons in other situations. Emily quickly figured out the areas that were creating the referred pain (which is why the other doctors were stumped) . I spent over 4 months actively trying to find answers with ever increasing pain. After the second visit I felt the first shift in many months. In three weeks it was undoubtable I was getting my life back. Now, several months later, I have phased out sessions for the most part. I miss her!“
