I’ve used Peter for four home inspections now, three of those 4 homes have been purchased, and I wouldn’t consider using another inspector. He is extremely thorough, but most importantly, he approaches inspections realistically — especially when it comes to older buildings. Peter knows exactly what to look for and takes the time to explain his findings in a way that’s easy to understand without exaggerating issues or resorting to fear-mongering. His knowledge, professionalism, and practical approach have made him an invaluable part of my home-buying process.

The report was thorough, easy to read, and offered clear guidance on risk levels/concerns and recommended actions. I highly recommend Field Home Inspections for your needs!
Thank to Pete's thorough inspection, he found one major issue that we weren't comfortable following through with the home purchase . I would highly recommend his services.
