Peter was great to work with, responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. He answered all my questions prior to and after the inspection in a timely manner. His website makes communicating and paying for his services very easy. The inspection report was sent via the website and emailed to me, which was very convenience.

As I'm new to the area, Peter was referred by my realtor and I'm glad he responded so promptly (on a Sunday morning)! He arrived for our inspection before anyone else and paid close attention to small details that make a big difference to the home. He answered all questions in terms that were understandable for someone who isn't familiar with the "workings" of a home. After leaving our appointment, I had my inspection report within an hour. Overall, very great to work with and would call him again given the opportunity!

We were glad to have Peter as our home inspector, as first-time homebuyers he was able to go over everything in detail with us (and take a look at some of the quotes we received after inspection). We’d highly recommend Peter!
