Along with being extremely smart, she cares about her patients and wants them to understand their vision condition. She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand her suggested plan of action.(very willing to answer any of your questions) Also, she and her office are very good about following up with you. The front desk staff is happy and very friendly, and Dr Pfeffer came out to get me and did everything himself (I didn't get bounced back and forth from nurse to nurse to waiting room).
