Eye Care Specialists is a highly regarded optometry practice known for its friendly and efficient staff, including the receptionists, technicians, and the skilled Dr. Frangeih. Patients praise the doctor's expertise in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, though the practice can be quite busy at times.
It’s always a pleasure to go into Dr Frangeih’s office. The people that greet you when you arrive have always been friendly & even when the entire office is really busy they all (including Dr Frangeih, of course!!) remain cheerful. The nice thing is this Norfolk office is nearer to my home than Norwood. Can’t say enough great things about this Doctor & staff—been a patient for years!
This is an efficient office. From Mrs. Chandler at the front desk, all the techs, and of course Dr Frangieh, who is brilliant, they all know their jobs!I do however feel that Dr Frangieh needs another opthamologist. He's VERY busy!
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Frangeih diagnosed my problem after a thorough eye exam. I have been trying to find a diagnosis for my eye problem and he knew exactly what it was and treated me for it. Great place for your vision needs!
