He was super friendly, professional and detailed. It’s probably the best haircut I have ever had! I would highly recommend and I will be a return client for sure! Make that appt!“

“I decided to try out Art & Crafts salon because of reviews on FB. I had been growing my very short hair out for the past 1 1/2 years and desperately need a cut and hairstyle. I made an appointment to see Abby and for the moment I walked in she was just so sweet and listen to what I wanted. I told her I want 2-3 inches taken off but still be able to pull back in a ponytail on a hot day. I also wanted bangs again. So we talked it over and listen to her suggestions and she went to work on my hair.

I love my haircut. It's so easy to style but also looks good if I let it air dry. Loving my bangs too and I can still sweep them back if I want a different look. I bought 2 styling products too and they help make my hair look great. The price of the haircut and products were extremely reasonable.

The rest of the staff were very nice and everyone seemed happy to be there.

“I was a new client to this salon. I realized my hair was boring and all one length and needed some life to it. - Picture in yellow is before. - I did some research and decided to try this salon. I called the day before and they were able to fit me in next day (today). The staff is super nice and ACTUALLY welcoming and likes having you there. They make sure you’re comfortable. They offer water, coffee, food, etc. I talked to them about allergies I have and they were happy to accommodate. This meant I washed my hair the day before, and asked them not to use any products. The salon is also really clean and well kept. (Honestly, a lot of other salons are not well kept or friendly. So this was a nice change of pace.) I had just had my hair cut about 4 weeks ago and I asked to keep my length as much as possible. I asked for long bangs I could put behind my ears, face framing, long layers, some movement. Everything came out great and it looks a lot better. The one thing that stinks is, I miss some of the length. I lost about 4-5 inches in the cut but it will grow back. I understand it’s tough to get layers and length when your hair is thin but I get it. It’s not a big deal. I’ll probably let it grow out for a few months like I usually do and go from there. Aside from some of the length being gone, I love it. It looks healthier and has movement and dimension. It’s not boring anymore. AND I got a compliment in the lobby of our apartment when I came home, so that’s a plus. It’s noticeable which is also good. Thanks guys!!

Context you probably don’t need - Over the last few decades I’ve been to my fair share of places for my nails, haircuts and recently highlights as my hair has gotten a bit darker with age. I’m 40 now!! :) I’ve always been naturally blonde - platinum as a kid. I also lost a lot of hair over the decades due to medical treatments.

Previously, I was a salon assistant in a couple places, as well as offered reiki in a few salons. I love being in salons. If it wasn’t for allergies, I would have pursued hairdressing.“

“Chatgpt actually recommended Hair Passion based on a convo I had with it about my hair. I had been in a hair crisis the last 4 yrs, not really liking anything I was doing with it. Jaclyn had quite the challenge with me. I barely put any effort into my hair, just 500 degrees of heat with a flatiron, but expected to wake up looking beautiful. Do I part in the middle or side? Ehh depends on the day. Do I wear it wavy or straight? Depends. Do I let it air dry or blow dry? Sometimes. Do I use product? Nope. Challenge accepted. Of course I left the salon feeling beautiful, but the real challenge was what I would look like once I washed my hair and had to style myself. Jaclyn you did not disappoint. Love it so much! First pic is before going to the salon, second is leaving the salon, third is after doing it myself and parting it in the middle, because why not. I couldnt make this cut look bad if I tried.
