Right when you walk in the staff are welcoming and helpful. The tech was great to work with. Dr. Chad McDonald is always so friendly & personable. He truly cares about his patient’s health & consistently provides excellent care!

A+ experience all around at Watt's! From reception, to the appointment with Dr. Sullivan, to picking out frames, everyone is so helpful and kind. My eye exam was the most thorough I have ever had- the doctor took time to explain imaging to me, and was very caring discussing an issue I was having with my previous brand of contacts. Additionally, I recently had an issue with a pair of magnifying glasses (loupes) that I require for my job. I showed up unannounced in a panic. Jay saw me immediately, made a few adjustments to my loupes, and I was on my way. I cannot thank him enough and I am happy to be a patient here. Thank you!
