I met Beth thru Groupon and omg I love her I go every month she's got the touch and the soothing relaxing atmosphere that I was looking for.i feel like I'm walking on clouds when I leave.Thanks beth for being who you are!!
I had a terrible pain in my back from sleeping on a bad mattress at a rental house on the cape. I booked a deep tissue massage with Beth, and was a little apprehensive about whether I could handle it. Beth took the time to understand my issues and where I hold my stress. In the first few minutes she asked for feedback and gauged what level of pressure I liked best, and from there she used the perfect amount of pressure for me. By the time we were done the pain in my back was completely gone, and I felt incredibly relaxed. She also gave me feedback on where my muscles were tight, for future reference. Highly recommend!
