"Repose" is an apt name for this wonderful yoga studio as that is exactly how I feel after each class—a delicious blend of tranquility and balance/poise.What makes Repose truly special are all of the great instructors. While they each have their own unique and effective way of teaching (from very gentle to more intense classes), they all share a similar approach in making their classes accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming to all. I've been a student at Repose since moving to Newburyport 10+ years ago. Repose is a wonderful studio with knowledgeable and creative teachers. The studio space is bright and clean. Gin, the owner, is always warm and welcoming! I feel supported by my fellow students and a part of a lovely yoga community! I look forward to many more classes there!
