Merrimac Mill Office Building - Newburyport

I have been a tenant at Merrimac Mill for just about a year. The building is gorgeous--exposed brick, large windows and very tall exposed wood ceilings/structure. Views of the river from my office & walkability to downtown Newburyport restaurants and shops are added bonuses. This building has everything you could really ask for and is unparalleled by the other office buildings in Newburyport.Building management was always extremely accommodating, friendly and quick to address any questions or requests. Lots of new building upgrades, amenities and modernization (keyless access, etc.) make this building really stand out.
