I have never had such a gentle, caring and informative dentist and at Ruby there are two extremely competent and compassionate doctors.

Michelle and her team are incredible! I broke my front tooth and they squeeze me in for an emergency consult. I was blown away when she said I can fix that in no time! She took the time and made my smile perfect! Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen! And I’ve seen a lot! I would highly recommend them for any and all your dental needs! Thank you again!

This IS my dentist and I have to admit, I think they might be the best ones I've ever seen. They go above and beyond and they're just fantastic.
They were able to do X-rays with a well-needed check-up and cleaning and recently had dental sealants applied.
They don't push services on you or recommend things that you simply don't need. You are always checked in with throughout your service being done to ensure comfort, and it's just an all-around calm experience.
The staff is so kind and thoughtful and they reached out with a last-minute appointment to squeeze me in. The entire process is warm and welcoming, and I look forward to going with no hesitation at all.

What an amazing experience for my first visit. My wife and I tried them the first time and she had her appointment in the morning and mine was in the afternoon. After her appointment she send me a thumbs up so I knew they were already going to be great. I went in for a cleaning and x-rays. They process was seamless and Dr. Ruby was great. He explained everything after the cleaning and asked me if I had any questions.
Do NOT hesitate in using their service. They are fair and compassionate at what they do. You are why they are there and they know and do not take advantage of that.
Go at least once and you will know what I am talking about...again...I am so glad I made the change of going to them!

I could not be happier with my first experience at Ruby Family Dentistry! I came across Ruby after searching in a local Newburyport Facebook group for dentist recommendations and there were dozens of glowing reviews for Ruby Family Dentistry. They were accepting new patients and made the booking process very easy. They sent multiple text reminders before my appointment which was super helpful. When I arrived, every single person in there was so nice and incredibly welcoming. My hygienist Lisa was amazing. She was very gentle, made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, and was just very sweet. She took the time to explain a few things she was doing and made it such an easy experience. I also overheard the dentist speaking to another patient in the next room and you could tell she was doing her best not to overwhelm the patient while giving her all of the facts/info she needed. It was such a great experience overall, and I am glad I decided to make the switch to Ruby. If you're looking for a new dentist, I cannot recommend the team at Ruby Family Dentistry enough!

I started going to Ruby Family as soon as they opened. They are exceptional dentists. I had pain and needed a root canal they recommended a specialist immediately. I had a crown fall off that I had for a long time (different dentist) and it was replaced immediately. Front desk employees always greet you with a smile and are Accommodating making future appointments. I highly recommend Ruby Family Dentistry!!!

We love everyone at Ruby Family! All of my family members have been patients there since they opened. They are competent, kind, and gentle dentists. They take the time to get to know us and always remember to ask how we are doing. Dr. Michelle Ruby and I love to talk about our latest favorite books, and her husband always pops in to say hello. The front desk staff are kind and very helpful, especially when dealing with insurance questions. We never feel rushed or like we are just another number being pushed through. A real gem in our town! It's nice to find that 'good old-fashioned' small-town type of care still exists

I am so happy I found this place. It's a dental office owned by a married couple, not a franchise. They care about their patients, are honest and are conservative with treatment.
I had another dentist telling me I needed filing and a deep cleaning, which I had hard time believing. I emailed my X-rays to Ruby dental and they were able to tell me over the phone at no charge, that there were no serious issues with my teeth.
No other office would do that.
I decided to book an appointment anyway to take care of a chipped tooth.
Dr. Michelle is wonderful and such a perfectionist. She showed me a small cavity on my original X-rays telling me to wait, that it is unnecessary to drill at this point. Did a full exam and fixed the chipped tooth.
I did not feel rushed or pressured.
Unfortunately it's not easy to find a dental office like this that you can trust. Many other dentists recommend unnecessary X-rays and even worst unnecessary treatment.
I would highly recomend Ruby Dentistry. Even the front desk is very friendly.
