I gave this place a shot regardless of its dismal exterior appearance. It was close to home and i like to support local small business and i figured maybe they were just starting out. So I stopped in and decided to buy a tanning package. My first visit was ok, my 2nd visit I was late for my scheduled time and decided to cancel, come to find out they charge you for the visit anyway, which I've never heard if before, and they did not mention that was their policy when i purchased the package, nor is it posted anywhere for you to see. Being a new client i woukdve thought maybe I'd get a friendly warning about the policy, instead I was rudely told that i was charged for it. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Extremely unorganized, unsanitary, mouse traps in corners. I myself work in Human Resources, and several complaints have been filed with the BBB. I have seen in my line of work different forms of unprofessionalism however, I was blown away by the way I was treated as a new client spending money at an unestablished business with several visual code violations that can be seen as soon as you walk inside the place.
