Unlike several other gyms I have joined, the instructors and members here make you feel instantly welcomed and comfortable -- even if you have zero experience with self defense! The instructors are kind, understanding, and genuinely have your best interest at heart. They want you to grow and improve while feeling safe enough to take risks and push yourself. This has become a true community for myself and my best friend and I cannot recommend this gym enough!
