He managed to squeeze a bit more life out of my old furnace to help get through the rest of the season, which I really appreciated. Josh also walked me through my options for repair vs. replacement in a straightforward, no-pressure way. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was both knowledgeable and honest.

Last month my pregnant wife, our 2 year old, and I woke up without any heat in the house in the middle of freezing weather. Every place in the area seemed to overwhelmed and busy, but Josh from JT Comforts called me back and talked me through step by step to fix our system.
JT Comforts not only saved our weekend, but they also didn’t charge us a single penny. Could not be more satisfied by our first impression, and we will be going with them for all future HVAC needs.
