MJ did a FANTASTIC job! Listened to exactly what I wanted, took her time, made me feel comfortable and gave me a 5 star experience. Only lost a star for the bad haircut I had 2 weeks prior to going there :) but MJ fixed me right up!
I travel from a few towns over because this is the only place that is versatile enough to cut both my and my wife’s hair. We both love Dee and call ahead to make sure she is working. She does a great job and is a great conversationalist. When I sit down, I know that I’m constantly going to get the same haircut. Dee has a great work ethic and I think it rubs off on the other employees too.
I really like how they keep records of what your haircut parameters are so they can replicate it. When we travel, we give the new shop our phone number and they immediately know what length and other details of the haircut.
This place is so great! My entire family goes here. They’re wonderful with everyone including my toddlers. I’ve always seen Dee for myself and she is literally the backbone of this location in New Bedford. As long as she’s there, my family won’t go anywhere else.
Stylist: Dee is who I always see for myself and she is amazing. She is not only friendly and professional but also informative and honest. It’s hard to have a good experience anywhere with service, especially after Covid but I never have that problem with Dee. She’s always been wonderful. She knows her customers so well.
