They were amazing! I had a very expensive rug that had significant soiling that I was afraid was beyond cleaning. They came to the house, picked it up, called when it was finished (and the gentleman I spoke to seemed very proud of the fact that he had cleaned it himself and not only saved the rug, but returned it to almost perfect condition) and set up a day for delivery. I was thrilled with the result.I used their services a second time a couple of months later for the rest of my area rugs and they were just as thorough and professional. It couldn't be more convenient and they couldn't do a better job!

Wonderful staff very respectful, always clean the best rugs in the city. Ana is amazing she made sure I picked the perfect rug she is very knowledgeable about rugs, very helpful. I also booked a cleaning for my 3 floor home, booking was amazing with alexis I love the communication. My rugs were very clean I was amazed. Look no further you found your place!!!!!

Freedom responded to a water problem. We had after very heavy rain. They did a great job and took care of. Everything were extremely professional and polite. They were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend
