I’ve been going there for about 12 years never have I ever have an issue I always use the drop off service . This year I went and Carolyn did my taxes I gave her my new bank account witch they made a copy of and it was with my W2s and she decided to send it to my old account and it’s like you had all my information I will not be going back to this place already found a new one it’s frustrating cause I can’t even track it at this point it’s been almost a month and nothing .

Poor communication, provides inaccurate status of tax return. Does not complete return and When confronted Mr. Pacheco refuses to return clients documents unless paid an inflated rate. Takes advantage of the elderly!
