We feel incredibly lucky that we got connected to Seema when we started our house selling process. Seema is absolutely amazing at what she does! I was worried that the timing of our move meant we would be putting our house on the market in the middle of the winter, but with Seema as our agent, that didn't end up being an issue at all. Seema made suggestions and recommendations throughout the process to make our home more appealing to buyers, and not only did she sell our house quickly, she sold it for the asking price! I would recommend Seema to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she is extremely talented and wonderful to work with.
Forget the rest because Seema is the best! Seema is working with us to purchase our first home in the U.S. - it’s very different to what we have been through in the U.K. She doesn’t leave any questions unanswered and always responds very promptly! She is very knowledgeable and thorough and has worked hard to find us the right house in the right neighborhood at the right price rather than just being focused on closing a deal. We have developed a close bond with Seema ever since she helped us sell our old house and buy our forever home. She caught our attention at one of the open houses that we visited. It is difficult to ignore her great Interpersonal skills.
