“My wife and her friend were in need of deep tissue massages---and that includes someone who knew their way around muscle injuries. I called several massage therapists on Nantucket---and Melody, the lead therapist for Nantucket Holistic Health this summer. Melody came out to our friend's house 15" from town---and made two ladies incredibly relaxed and happy with 90" deep tissue massages ($220/piece and she accepted a credit card). She knew the muscle groups and how they would interact around an injury and she was strong enough to do some real good in releasing muscle tension and working out knots and areas of contraction. The ladies were relaxed, more pain free and happy when she was done. Strongly recommend---It may be useful to note that she's thinking of leaving Nantucket by the fall to go back "off island"---in any case, we hope she returns by the time of our next trip!“
