The office is clean and decorated nicely, organized, and the staff are professional and very friendly. Dr. Cathy and her team are the absolute best, highly recommended above all others. They are considerate, compassionate, and highly professional. Monson Small Animal Clinic has great service for both scheduled and emergency pet visits, and the staff is always very caring towards the pets.
Staff is wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring. I had a very sick cat Snookie that had an intestinal blockage and they were able to squeeze her in for what we thought would be emergency surgery (staff went above and beyond to find a spot for her). During the night before surgery she was able to pass the blockage but ended up running a fever. They were able to switch gears and change her care to an X-ray (confirming the blockage was gone) and antibiotics to treat the fever. I’ve taken my two small breed pups to Monson Animal Clinic for 3+ years. Always a warm welcome, by name, when we come in, exemplary care and compassion from every single member of the staff, clean facilities and fantastic communication. Highly recommend this as the top vet care in the area.

Tuesday morning my kitty Willow got sick, I rushed her to VESH since that was the only thing I could think of that would be open at 4am. They took Willow back and had her for 5 HOURS just to find out they did not give her fluids or even check her out the technicians were just taking turns holding her. Willow was pale, severely dehydrated and for 5 hours while I waited in the lobby I thought she was getting the attention she needed.
