“We hired Wenzel to transform our backyard. We had an old retaining wall that was failing and a slope in our yard we wanted flattened. He and his team created a plan that worked for our needs. They were very professional and made sure to keep the site clean at the end of each day. It was a longer project with multiple phases and they were always working with us to make sure things were going as we’d hoped. Jeremy was able to create a landscape design which embraced the natural elements of our property with an incredible boulder wall and dry creek, as well as redevelop the landscaping in front of our home completely. With stone paths and new steps approaching our large outdoor patio. Jeremy's team worked with precision and artistry in every boulder's placement. My husband and I joke about our initial call to Jeremy primarily to discuss both irrigation and landscape lighting, but we found Jeremy's expertise so superb that we contracted with him and Narrow Lane to reconstruct and renovate our entire property front and back! “I've used TJ Collins for lawn mowing, mulching, spring clean-up, and fall clean-ups for the last three seasons as well as several other ad hoc landscaping projects. They have done an amazing job! TJ and Alison are both easy and pleasant to work with. Their crew comes on the same day each week and around the same time unless it is raining. Their crew does a great job every time they've come and have gone above and beyond what I expected. For example, without me asking, their crew spread high-quality seed and topsoil on a part of my lawn that was bare. That part of the lawn has since come back and looks great. I used a different service before switching to TJ Collins and while TJ Collins is more expensive, it has been with the added expense. “The men worked hard to take out our old cement patio; hard. Their skills showed in putting in the new patio (pavers). They not only put in a beautiful patio, but they did the clean up work well. They added some dirt where they had created a rut in the lawn from carrying out the cement in wheelbarrows and seeded it, they cleaned up near the adjoining garden, and they swept the driveway clean. Tom made suggestions and help us select, and layout suitable plants and shrubs. He was patient and attentive throughout the process. These including installing materials I brought in to create a playground area for kids and moving all the extra stone to start building a wall that was not initially scoped in the project around where we moved all the fill.
