I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with J.E.P. Contracting. Patrick and his team are not only very professional they are also very knowledgeable and personable. Ryan, Marcello and Niki were all very easy to work with. The project manager Ryan kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions and concerns. We had no surprises which were welcomed because we were living on the premises during the build.

As a fellow builder and construction service provider, I really appreciate the way that JEP conducts business. My kitchen and design company has worked with JEP for the last two years on a handful of projects, and they have been such a great team to work with.
Having worked with Patrick and Ryan directly since the beginning, I am always impressed by how thorough they are. Their internal process allows each project to flow seamlessly, which is not always how we see things go with some of the other contractors. In addition to this, they use modern technology to keep us in the loop.

Water Damage Restoration. Patrick’s team was professional, on time and efficient. Patrick also provided hours of support in dealing with our insurance provider. He provided details and was the point man in all dealings to ensure they understood the full magnitude of the damage. Without this effort I may still have not had this job completed. That said, once those details, which took a few weeks, were cleared up, the team started and finished in consecutive days with literally no wasted time between the different phases (e.g. demolition, repair, plastering, painting and clean up). I wet old highly recommend JEP for your construction needs.
