They say on website that they close at 4:30 pm. I arrived there at 4:10 pm and the store was closed already. What kind of business is this? If they don’t honor the store hours, they don’t take care of the rest at all.

I was in the middle of replacing my oil burner. 3 days with no heat or hot water. Both the plumber and electrician tell me to pick up a Taco 6 zone relay for the oil burner. I called Pinto’s and talked to one of the employees explained what I needed and what it was for. He tells me the part I want and the part number and to come down the next day for it. So I went in and bought it next day, well it was the wrong thing so I spent Saturday morning driving around looking for a place that sells the correct equipment and luckily found it. He took it back but charged me $50 return fee after continuing to berate me. Never again with this place and his employees need some serious training!
