“The only time I, the owner, had a bad experience was when I showed a skittish, nervous, prospective passport photo customer out the door and he went on the Google and made stuff up out of anger. My photography business is 25 years-old, having studied with some of the finest photographers in the country. The person in question acted like normal conversation was the Spanish Inquisition; this happened in 2010, but he decided to spice up his review recently to make it sound like he actually purchased something from me and was disappointed.
