My wife and I were new to MA when we purchased our new home in Uxbridge. My contractor used Natural Marble and Granite for the countertops from the kitchen to the bathrooms. My wife and I spent hours on making color choices for our new home and their staff was with us the whole time, explaining and giving us support. They had a large inventory of smaller pieces, perfect for the smaller cabinets, etc. that were more economical. We were able to purchase above our contractor selected stone quality with some beautiful choices for the same prices allotted by our contractor. Our sales person Catalina, turned us over to Rose when we had completed our choices and we signed the agreement for installation; it was truly an enjoyable experience! We were on an extended leave when the installation took place; it was several months before we returned to see our home completed for the first time. We noticed a seam that wasn't polished to the same level as the rest of the counter so we called Rose to ask for support. Being several months from the purchase we didn't know what to expect but they were extremely supportive and sent a technician out the next week to polish the seam. The tech did not have the polish disk needed to bring the level all the way to our satisfaction so he called Rose and she sent an additional service tech out to complete the repair. The crews were both considerate and polite; they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough about there quality and support in satisfying us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an installation at fair pricing and excellent quality.
