Harris Carpet collaborated with a vendor to install high-end wall-to-wall carpet in a condo before we purchased it. Shortly after we moved in, the carpet started to buckle. No questions asked, the owner and daughter came and completely refitted the carpet solely based on the prior owner's name/address. They honored their work and that of one of their vendors. I will call them next time I need work done for certain! Could not have been more professional and accommodating. Looks great!
Sean Harris and his crew did an excellent job with ripping up our old carpet and laying down LVP on the first floor of our condo. The flooring was installed in the timeframe we discussed, on budget, and came out beautifully. When I had a question about the flooring 2 weeks after it was laid, Sean and his guys showed up the very next day. Amazing service, and I will be going back to Sean when it comes time to replace the flooring on the second level.
