I made an appointment with Mark after speaking with him at length about my identity fraud situation. We set an appointment. I gave him my SS #, birthdate, address etc. All my personal information. He then canceled the day of the appointment via email claiming to have called & left me a voicemail the night prior. There was no voicemail. He has done my taxes for the last several years. He has is personable and responds to my calls and emails in a timely manner. I always have quick turn around with my tax prep. Highly recommend!
