They went above and beyond by checking the warehouse for me, finding a smaller piece, and went the extra mile by sanding it down so I could match my current floor stain. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and they charged me well under market value for it. When I arrived I saw they had tons of flooring options, I will definitely be back for our next flooring project! Great Customer service, highly recommend!!“
