“Just moving recently to Middleton, I decided I needed to find myself a good massage place or spa. I had heard of many recommendations and many had suggested places out of Middleton. I decided to try my local business right here in town names Power of Touch and I believe I found the greatest massage ever. Rita is the owner and masseuse and she is amazing. Polite, knowledgeable and comforting. I will certainly go back and receive massages there from here on out. It was great and so reasonable in price. I don't need to look any further. “Had an absolutely phenomenal massage from Phil at Elements Middleton a few weeks ago. I got a 60 minute basic massage with heavy pressure and Phil did an excellent massage. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing, asked which areas he wanted me to primarily focus on, and gave the massage with the perfect amount of pressure to relieve all of my tightness, knots and aches. I’ve already scheduled my next visit and would highly recommend Elements Middleton for a great massage.“
“I was curious about this place and stopped in because of my chronic neck pain & tension headaches that haven’t improved with PT or medication. I love Mina now!!! I couldn’t believe how much better I felt after the first visit. Wow, reflexology is intense and even painful (for just a few seconds) when hitting pressure points but those are the areas that need it the most.. And it’s worth it because I actually feel physical improvement for several days afterwards compared to any other massage I’ve had that is just relaxing. Fewer headaches, less spasm & more mobility. She even found and improved issues with my sciatica that I had been ignoring. I’ve been going regularly & now the sessions are more relaxing for me and less painful & I look forward to it because I know how great I’ll feel after ( at least 75% better). Mina is great! She is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I highly recommend it instead of traditional massage alone if you want to see real improvements.“
